Coach Randy Casey brings a staff with collegiate coaching and/or playing experience, along with his winning ways to the Milwaukee Area Technical College basketball program.
Tom Casey, Sr. will be the Associate Head Coach, and assisting him will be Travis Mrozek, Nate Lemmens, Duke McNairy and Andy Laglaa.
Assistant Coach Travis Mrozek said, “Prospects look promising, and we hope to do something positive this year and then hopefully on a consistent basis after that.
“We are grateful for any and all support that we can get on rebuilding the program.”
The season officially begins with a few scrimmages and preseason tournaments at UW-Sheboygan. A highlight of the season will be a matchup against defending conference champions Madison Area Technical College.
Casey said “Whilst my goals remain high as usual, I am mindful of all the hard work that is necessary to reap the benefits of success. We’re basically starting over. However, we are still going to expect to field a team that will play hard and compete.
