The apartment is in a building close to the parking garage, so it is very convenient access. The sublease would be just for August 2024 through mid-January 2025. This apartment has great amenities, including a pool, gym, sauna, tanning bed, computer lab, study spaces, and lounge. The apartment is premium, so it has a pool table in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. The location is very close to campus and comes with parking. Rent is $1,069 a month, and parking is $100 monthly. Utilities are split between everyone living in the apartment and averages $50 a month.
